You will receive your order within 2–4 working days. Orders are sent via Parcelforce or 1st Class Royal Mail and we ship to all countries worldwide. Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary.


An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been placed online and a dispatch email once your parcel is on its way.


For information about how our products are packaged, view the ‘Product Info’ section on each product. We take great care to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition. All stationery products are wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon.

Greeting cards, wrap, mugs and prints may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days.

1. Email us at with details of your return or exchange request.

2. Package your return. All individual items (other than those which are faulty) must be in a saleable condition and returned in their original protective packaging.

3. Label your package. Please send your parcel to: Natasha Jade Returns Unit 204, Unit 1 Riverbank Business Park 455 Wick Lane London E3 2TB.

4. Post it! We advise that items are returned using tracked postage, requiring a signature.

5. Confirmation. We will email you once we have received your return. If there are any issues concerning your return, we will contact you. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 working days.

All original paintings, watercolours, and commissions are non-refundable. If you would like to view artwork before purchasing, please contact us at to arrange a viewing. Skype viewings can be arranged for overseas clients.
